1. The brief
We co-create with you and define what success looks like, asking what the client wants their people to do differently, what they need to know and the skills required to achieve this. Then we work on the next stage.
2. The proposal
We will engage with leading clinical and non-clinical KOLs and service managers who act as course directors and make up the faculty before co-creating programmes with our client and team. Our programmes include innovative, immersive content, such as mock MDMs, surgery streaming, clinic observations, and expert patient panels.
3. Approval
When the programme and subsequent budget are approved, it triggers the contract process. Our Education and Legal teams can adapt our contract to ensure we uphold ABPI compliance SOPs at all times.
4. Pre-delivery
Our event executives will manage the programme at this point, managing all logistics, venue, catering, IT/AV, and faculty members, keeping our clients informed at every step.
5. Delivery
Our team, course directors and faculty deliver the programme.
6. Post-event analysis
Our extensive report gives clients detailed delegate feedback on each programme element. It captures the learning and commitments delegates make post-event.
