Information on how to book is available on the details page for each training event.

The booking system only allows one email per registration. If you are booking for several people, use the delegates email for the first page of the booking process and add your details to the ‘cc email’ section.

Please complete all sections highlighted in red.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to cancel your place on any of our courses, the following cancellation policy on your course fees will be applied:

Over 28 days notice before the event:     100% refund
15 to 28 days notice before the event:     50% refund
8 to 14 days notice before the event:       25% refund
0 to 7 days notice before the event:         0% refund

If we have to cancel one of our events, you will receive a 100% refund on your course fees. However, we are not liable for any travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

Where the date of an event is changed by us, if the new date of the course is not suitable to yourself, you will receive a 100% refund on your course fees.

Hotels

Delegates attending events run by Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust are eligible for reduced rates at nearby hotels.

Hospital accommodation

The hospital provides accommodation near the hospital for staff and visitors. Rooms can be booked on a nightly basis at a charge of £60 per night for a single room and £70 per night for a twin room. En-suite rooms are priced at £90 (limited availability).

Doctor in the House

This is an agency arranging accommodation in private houses/flats for medical or other professional people visiting London for conferences, courses, exams, research projects, business meetings, etc.
